Heartland Canines “Putts for Paws” Golf Tournament
The Heartland Canines for Veterans Putts for Paws Golf Tournament is gearing up for a fabulous event that will include golfers from around the community and will raise money for a worthwhile cause, with the goal of raising enough to sponsor the entire cost of a service dog team. Heartland Canines for Veterans is celebrating our 10th anniversary and we are still driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for the veterans who have served this great nation.
This is a unique golf tournament that will be a day of exciting events including a Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, THREE Hole in One opportunities and Putting Contest. We will also have a Raffle, Auction, and many great prizes. Each team will consist of three golfers (3 man scramble) and there will be three flights that will include prizes and trophies to the top three teams in each flight.

“Paws to Reflect” Gala
We are excited for the HK9 Gala! This event will bring different members of our community together the celebrate HK9, their Veterans and their families and the community that supports them. Tickets are available until Sept 1st! The flyer has all the details.
Also, starting the 13th, come out and see the GWOT Memorial Wall brought to us by the Romans Warrior Foundation. This is a FREE display to honor the men and women who have paid the ultimate sacrifice in support of the Global War on Terrorism.
